Is this really 1-on-1?

Yes. Alex personally reviews your weekly check-ins, adjusts your plan, and replies to your messages. You're coached by a real person who knows your name and your goals — not handed a generic PDF.

What happens after I book a call?

We hop on a free 20-minute call to talk through your goals, your history, and whether we're a good fit. No pressure. If it feels right, Alex walks you through exactly how coaching would work for you.

What if counting calories isn't good for me?

Totally okay. Alex can switch calorie tracking off entirely, so you get your meal plan, workouts and coaching without ever seeing a number. Built with disordered eating in mind.

How much does coaching cost?

We'll talk pricing on your call, once we know what you actually need. Plans are flexible, there's no lock-in, and you'll never be pushed into something that isn't right for you.

Do I need a gym?

No. Most workouts are built for home with minimal kit. Prefer the gym? Your plan adapts to wherever you train.

I'm a total beginner — is that okay?

More than okay. Most women come to Alex feeling exactly like that. You'll start where you are, with small steps that build real confidence.
