1. Agreement

By creating an account or using AM Fitness (the “Service”) — the app and any 1:1 coaching provided by Alexandra Materski (“Alexx Fitt,” “we,” “us”) — you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Not medical advice

AM Fitness provides general fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a health condition. You participate at your own risk.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under it, and for the accuracy of the information you provide (including intake and check-in details).

4. Trial, subscriptions & cancellation

Paid plans and free trials, where offered, are described at sign-up. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Be kind in the community. Don’t post content that’s harassing, hateful, illegal, or that isn’t yours to share, and don’t misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to run the Service (for example, showing your check-in photos to your coach).

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. Some sections (like disclaimers and liability limits) survive termination.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or from following any guidance in it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
